“My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brandi told me about 4 to 5 days and it was spot on. Felicia, the front office lady, was helpful and nice as well. I got my truck back and the repair is outstanding. My truck was also washed and looked vacuumed out. Another plus imo. Im trying to be more balanced and I am writing this review because I did not receive a 3.7 star service. Quite the contrary. 5 stars. Very smooth process.”

“Custom Classics Collision did a wonderful job on my car repairs.
Brian and the owner, Tyson, were very thorough in determining what repairs needed to be done on my car. They explained all the work they would be performing. There was more damage to my car than first quoted, but Brian communicated with me and explained what needed to be completed. They even kept the damaged parts to show me why repairs were necessary.
There were numerous cosmetic damage repairs on my car. They only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and all mechanical work was done by a certified Mercedes technician. My car looked brand new when I picked it up 2 weeks later.
Custom Classics Collision doesn’t cut corners and does high quality work. This is the second time we have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.”

“Great staff. Miguel is awesome. Receptionist is very pleasant as well. Repairs were finished in less than a week and Enterprise was onsite with my rental ready. Drop off process was about 15-20 min and pick up was the same. Excellent service. 10/10 recommend.”
“Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who needed similar work done!

He did an excellent job walking me through the process and provided me with a great quote. He made great conversation with me throughout my time at the shop as well and I truly felt like a valued customer.
They did an excellent job with the repair. It was completed quickly and efficiently. Now my splitter looks the way it did when I first bought the car! I would also like to add that Michael's communication via email was excellent and always prompt. Whenever I need any auto work done, this is the spot I'm coming to! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.”
“This is my second time having Joe Hudson’s in seffner repair my Infiniti. First time around excellent job from customer service to the repair guys. My insurance company referred me to someone else on this 2nd time. Because of my last experience I wanted to go back to them. Luckily they were one of the repair companies that worked with my insurance. Once again from the moment I walked in to the day I picked up my car excellent customer service. Now, my car WOW!!! “I recently bought a car and realized 4 days later the front quarter panel was bowed and it didn't align with the rest of the car. I stopped by Caliber on Christmas Eve without an appointment to get an estimate for repair. Brian greeted me and did an inspection with me and had someone else double check his assessment. He was able to do the repair work immediately and within 2 hrs. ,and for $135 less than he quoted, my car was repaired perfectly and all parts now align. They also inspected the area for prior damage and found none.Thanks to Brian,the technician, and the staff at Caliber. They fixed my stupidly for not catching this when I bought the car.”
“These are good honest folks. Needed to replace my rear bumper so bought an aftermarket product. He called me before installing to inform me that there were some differences and he would have to make some alterations but everything would work and it would look good and clean. I told him go ahead and when we picked it up, it looked as good as new. They’re very nice and very honest. Would definitely use them again in the future.”

“I had 2 small accidents with my new 2022 Colorado, one was my fault one was another person. Rear quarter panel drivers door and rear drivers door all needed body work and paint. I paid cash for my repair and insurance of other person paid for the two doors. Robert the owner is on site to supervise all work. It took a little longer because Robert was not happy with the initial body work. He redid it and it is like new. So happy that I used this shop.Services: Painting”
