“My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brandi told me about 4 to 5 days and it was spot on. Felicia, the front office lady, was helpful and nice as well. I got my truck back and the repair is outstanding. My truck was also washed and looked vacuumed out. Another plus imo. Im trying to be more balanced and I am writing this review because I did not receive a 3.7 star service. Quite the contrary. 5 stars. Very smooth process.”

This last visit was very unique, it required heat shield customizations, aftermarket supplies, special paint etc and they crushed it.”
“My BMW 740i needed some bumper refinishing. I brought my car over to T&K Auto Collision and was greeted by the owner, Jesus. He assessed the work needed to be done and explained everything to me in a calm, polite and respectful manner. I could see that he was detail oriented as well as confident about the repair work. He assured me that he would do his best and gave me a very fair estimate so I decided to have him do the repair work. He completed the work in a timely manner. When I came to pick up the car, I was very impressed with the refinishing. He did a wonderful job and the bumpers looked like new! Jesus is very talented, enjoys what he does and it shows! He has earned my repeat business and I will be referring his shop to others. Thank you Jesus for a fantastic refinishing job on my 740i!”

“Great staff. Miguel is awesome. Receptionist is very pleasant as well. Repairs were finished in less than a week and Enterprise was onsite with my rental ready. Drop off process was about 15-20 min and pick up was the same. Excellent service. 10/10 recommend.”
“Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who needed similar work done!

“My Z06 had some damage on the bottom of its front splitter which I needed repaired. Upon arriving I was greeted by very friendly staff and had the pleasure of dealing with Nando. He did an excellent job walking me through the process and provided me with a great quote. He made great conversation with me throughout my time at the shop as well and I truly felt like a valued customer.
They did an excellent job with the repair. It was completed quickly and efficiently. Now my splitter looks the way it did when I first bought the car! I would also like to add that Michael's communication via email was excellent and always prompt. Whenever I need any auto work done, this is the spot I'm coming to! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.”
“This is my second time having Joe Hudson’s in seffner repair my Infiniti. First time around excellent job from customer service to the repair guys. My insurance company referred me to someone else on this 2nd time. Because of my last experience I wanted to go back to them. Tim took care of it all and did it for a great price. Had door handles and mirror caps painted and he cut my fenders to install vents for me. Couldn't be happier.”

“First off I know people tend to read the first line of reviews, so very happy with Five Star!. We took our 04 Explorer there because I was getting a flashing "OD Off" light, which is indicative of a transmission issue. I also read a PCM code that indicated a shift servo fault. They checked the servos and they were working so the initial thought was perhaps a transmission fluid change may solve the problem, then they dropped the pan. Inside was metallic debris indicating a more serious problem and they recommended transmission swap. This was performed and the vehicle is working great again. The nice thing was they did not go right to transmission change without considering other, less-expensive options first. Obviously once the debris was found they did not proceed with a fluid swap; they did the transmission swap. Very pleased with their approach to the issue and the resolution. “These are good honest folks. Needed to replace my rear bumper so bought an aftermarket product. He called me before installing to inform me that there were some differences and he would have to make some alterations but everything would work and it would look good and clean. I told him go ahead and when we picked it up, it looked as good as new. They’re very nice and very honest. Would definitely use them again in the future.”
“I had 2 small accidents with my new 2022 Colorado, one was my fault one was another person. Rear quarter panel drivers door and rear drivers door all needed body work and paint. I paid cash for my repair and insurance of other person paid for the two doors. Robert the owner is on site to supervise all work. It took a little longer because Robert was not happy with the initial body work. He redid it and it is like new. So happy that I used this shop.Services: Painting”

“The team at Joe Hudson’s was friendly and very professional. The process of dropping off and picking up my vehicle was very easy. I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee-L and unfortunately due to a MOPAR strike last year, parts were still on back order. This was communicated to me immediately as soon as they were aware of the issue when they took everything apart and realized parts needed were on back order. To no fault of their own, my car took over a month to repair since the last part wasn’t arriving until the end of April. Yes, it was an inconvenience because obviously I preferred to be driving my car, but thankfully my insurance covered my rental.
Every week I received a text letting me know things were still on track, and my SUV was ready on the exact date it was promised. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. So far everything looks and works great, and I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson’s on Adamo Dr. Hopefully we will never need a collision center again, but if we do I would not hesitate to choose them.”

“After needing to replace my previous vehicle, I immediately started experiencing issues with the Jeep Liberty I purchase from a private seller. Specifically the coolant was ‘boiling over’ and trying to boil out of the water pump and reservoir tank (as noted by Jiffy Lube of Brandon). The head gasket was already blown due to major overheating. Took it to Scott’s Automotive for repairs and they recommend replacing the whole engine. Normally, this would be a hefty repair cost for a used vehicle but it had less than 75k miles; Scott, John and Rob assured me they would be able to find a used engine with low mileage plus have a warranty. They quoted me a price that was within my budget and said they would have the maintenance and repairs done with a few weeks.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that they kept to their word! Quality service, fast turn around, good communication, and affordable cost. They stayed within the quote given to me and I was pleased with the maintenance, the Jeep runs with no issues. They were even kind enough to look over things a second time when the ‘check engine light’ came back on and the A/C wasn’t properly blowing cool air. Thank you so much fellows for all your knowledge and hard work! I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a mechanic shop in the Brandon area.”
