Just left Chase bank and was taking care of by Zaria and Serenity, man these two ladies made me feel like I was the only customer there. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Take a bow ladies yall deserve it.can tell they had nothing to do with that 2.5 rating.

I have multiple accounts with chase, mortgage, and business account. They still continue to charge me fees for everything regardless of the banking relationship we have. I would not recommend opening an account with them at all as everything seems to be about money, ironically.
