“I haven't been in a bank in years. We have personal and business accounts through this location. I needed some cash since I was attending a swap meet. I was greeted by the three banking ladies, who all said hi. I was looking for a withdrawal slip, and they asked what I was doing. Then said, just to the teller. The teller only asked for my ID, then looked up my Acct. I told I needed 5s, 10s and 20s. With a huge smile she counted out the money. She even gave me a zippered pouch to carry it. When so many bank don't have real tellers, this over the top service. Absolutely Top Shelf.”

“I would like to commend Jason Hernandez, an employee at the Chase Bank in Valrico Florida. He gave me advice that in all likelihood saved me thousands of dollars. I was in the process of selling a boat and received a cashiers check for it. Mr Hernandez apparently sensed there was something wrong with the check and emphatically insisted that I have it verified at a branch of the bank where it was issued, which I did. The check turned out to be a fake. If it hadn’t been for him I probably would’ve been the victim of fraud and lost a significant amount of money. Thank you Mr Hernandez”
