“I will generally ONLY go to the Dover, Florida post office for services. Carmela is an amazing person and provides exceptional customer service. She goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service. I definitely prefer this location as opposed to Plant City whose employees are "too busy" and not helpful at all. You're basically on your own at the Plant City location. Thank you Carmela for assisting my son and me with the books shipment!”

“This post office has gone through a lot of problems but the front desk people are really nice now, Temmara With the pretty blue lips. and Anton , A very nice dominican woman, And a few others I cannot remember their names, It's gotten so much better I'm glad to see it Improved, From the seasoned woman That would intentionally argue with people.) That we all loved to hate)
