“I wanted to say thank you so much to the lady that assisted me with mailing packages to my husband in Japan and for helping me with a self addressed envelope which made it possible for me to receive my dependent visa so I may join my husband in Japan. I never received her name, but she was so patient and friendly while we were dealing with technical difficulties with the customs form. The receipt says Clerk 41. Thank you so much for being a blessing!!”

“Hats off to the postal workers. Where else can you send a letter 3,000 miles away for the cost of a postage stamp? Nowhere but the post office. They work hard delivering our mail and packages in a timely manner. And the job cannot be all that great, they get attacked by dogs sometimes. Who needs that? You do a fine job post office. “I had a surprisingly great experience at this USPS location. I came in for an in-person identity verification for a change of address, and the entire process took probably five minutes. The staff were very well organized, efficient, friendly, and had a genuinely positive attitude.

Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my passport application for my baby girl was submitted on time and the day I came in. From the moment I walked in, even with their busy full day and no more appointments, she still managed to take my girls photo, explained step by step what to do and let me go do those steps (notary bc husband couldn’t be with me, printed ID etc etc) and when I got back and finished everything, she still took 10 whole minutes from her lunch break! To assist me in finalizing and submitting the application. This selfless beautiful soul deserves the world for her action. May seem minuscule or “her job” to some, but to me it meant the world and so much more. She could have easily been firm and sent me home to come another day!! She made it happen instead and I hope God makes whatever she desires happen for her. This means a lot to me! God bless!!”
