“My old dryer ran but stopped heating. Went to Venice Used Appliances and purchased a used dryer. When it arrived, it also didn't heat. He said in transport sometimes that happens and was prepared to make it right. He took both dryers back saying he'd bring another. However, when he tested both dryers back at the shop, both worked! He also found mine had a faulty shut off valve and for the cost of the part he'd fix to which I agreed. In the meantime the electrician came back out and found the old electrical box was the culprit. My old dryer was returned a couple days later after the part was fixed and the difference of the purchase/repair and delivery was refunded. The owner and staff were super nice, efficient, and concerned that I was taken care of. I'd recommend these people to everyone.”

“Lately I've had great interactions and help at Home Depot ,yesterday in fact. There was a helpful cashier named Lily who helped me look for a purple Bougainvilla at another store because the only ones they had were much smaller. There also was a gentleman who helped me look for growth hormone and he didn't work in that area. A mere month ago I wasn't as lucky, so things are looking up!”

“Bought a chainsaw a year ago with a warranty. Had an issue with chainsaw. I returned it without a receipt. Richard took his time going through a year worth of receipts to help my find it. Also helped me by taking care of my issue. Nothing like good ole fashion customer service. Way to go Richard. Thank you for your busy time.”

I also would like to give 5 stars to the delivery crew from Island Massive Moving. It was late in the day and we were their last delivery. It was 95 degrees that day and Lacelia and Levi along with their assistant were very courteous, upbeat and efficient delivering and installing each item. They made sure everything was in place and working properly. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again.”

“I looked over the reviews on this Home Depot and we have had nothing but excellent help and service. Most of my experience has been in the plumbing section where the staff have be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have installed a hot water heater and redid our bathroom plumbing after new countertops were installed. We also purchased a fridge (6-7 years ago) from this store and while we have had some issues with the fridge, it was not Home Depot's fault. Great store in our opinion.”
