“I want to thank Tony and his staff for being very responsive and readily available to address any questions or concerns with a newly installed washer-dryer stack.
Our new dryer was taking too long to dry, and Tony quickly came back and found our ventilation duct was clogged. It was not an issue with the machine.
We had the clog addressed, and now the machine works like a dream.
Timeliness and responsiveness mean a great deal to us. So does the willingness to answer questions. Tony’s business demonstrated those qualities. We greatly appreciate it.”
