“Very friendly staff and the bikes are great the only issue is when renting “full day” you really only get one extra hour from “half day”rate. So, that’s the only negative and why I’m giving 4 stars. You loose time when you get there in am as there is a very informative 30 min class (can be 45 min if anyone is late). So you lose some time here when ordering full day as well. And Drop off is 4:30 pm”

“Real Bikes in Venice is a great bike shop. We have rented bikes there a number of times because they are conveniently located right on the Legacy Bike Trail. Their bikes are comfortable and well maintained. The staff is so helpful and friendly.”

“First time using Bicycles International. Had a flat on my front tire due to a rotted valve stem and couldn't get it to them. Figured I might as well replace both since the back valve stem might be going too. They picked it up later in the day, then gave me a call and recommended only replacing the tubes instead of the entire tire because they both had decent tread left. I walked a mile and a half to pick it up the next morning. When I was rolling the bike out of the store I noticed the rear tire rubbing against the rear brake calipers. I brought this to their attention and they true'd the rear tire on the spot at no cost to me so I didn't have to walk home then return later. Everyone in the shop was super friendly, courteous and professional. You've earned a customer for life and I will highly recommend you to all my friends. Thanks again!”
