Big Bam Bikes is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Before I even arrived, my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing them. When I got there, I was welcomed warmly by Pam, Ray, and their two adorable pups—it felt like visiting friends rather than just a business.
Ray took the time to walk me through every detail of the bike, explaining its features in depth and even sharing tips and tricks to help protect my investment. That level of care and knowledge really set them apart. The shop itself is spotless, organized, and clearly well cared for—another reflection of how much pride they take in what they do.
Another huge perk is their location—right next to the Legacy Trail. It’s the perfect spot to hop on your bike and immediately enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. Whether you’re renting or buying an e-bike, Big Bam Bikes is truly a must-visit. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

YEAR 3 OF BIG BAM KEEPING ME AND MY BIKE HAPPY IN THE BIKE LANE OF LIFE-STILL 5 STARS!
I purchased an E-Trike and took it to Big Bam Bikes for my initial safety check and to have a mirror and alarm added. These folks are FANTASTIC! they understand how ebikes work and how to be safe. I recently had a mechanical issue with the bike and they are now helping to resolve that. I highly recommend them.

We rented e-bikes today from Bigbam e-bikes in Venice, Florida and road the Legacy Trail. The shop personnel were so nice and helpful from the time we made the reservation and all through the actual ride and return. The bikes were in excellent condition and we had a great time. It was my first time on an e-bike and the owner gave us an excellent orientation and quick lesson on the bikes. This is a must do if you are visiting Venice and want to experience the beautiful downtown and abundant trail system.

The ebikes were great..looked brand new. You’re taken thru a thorough training before your ride. Right next to Legacy Trail…perfect for a bike ride! I highly recommend Big Bam Bikes

Talk about great customer service. Our experience at Big Bam eBikes has been awesome. My wife and I ordered two Lectric eBikes from Big Bam today, and we can't wait to get them. Pam, Ray, and Ken have been so patient helping us with our purchase. It took us three visits to make our decision, and they were super helpful at every visit. They answered our questions, and provided test rides. There was never any pressure to buy, only smiles and conversations about the bikes. As former business owners, we appreciate great customer service, and Big Bam provided that for us. We highly recommend them.
