“When my husband and I bring our vehicle to the Best Friends Automotive and say can you go through our car and let us know how it is doing. They give us a detailed sheet checking off that they have looked at our fluids, oil & lubricants, battery, tires, and more. They let us know of any issues or concerns we need to be aware of for our safety. Here are examples of some of the issues we have had a low battery charge, fluids, tire pressure plus all our oil change's. We always feel safer knowing that they have checked out our car.”

“From the moment I called to schedule the body repair for our truck (and spoke with Holly) to the amazing communication (almost daily from Dave) I received on the status of said repair, I was treated with kindness and respect. I loved being kept updated via text frequently to know where our truck was in the process. There was a small hiccup on a side mirror (insurance's fault) and they still delivered our truck 4 days ahead of schedule! Once we picked up the truck we could NOT believe how amazing it looked ... like it was brand new! All washed and detailed! Gerber Collision paid attention to every detail and in today's day & age, that is rare! We highly recommend Gerber Collision and want them to know that they have a customer for life!”
