“Well it's usually easy in and easy but sometimes the self-serve machines don't work properly where you're supposed to be able to pay well anyhow the gas prices are really nice if you have one of their cards I'm generally I would say they need to hire an extra person for the stores it seems like there's always only one person in the store”

Bathrooms are always woke up and maintain regularly just like their soda machines are regularly maintained in their ice is good. “I've never felt the need to leave a review of a convenience store until now. While I've always gotten friendly service here, as well as the other E Venice store and the Jacaranda store, the recent management change here has brought things to a new level. It's almost like you've merged with the Ritz Carlton. And, it's not just how I've been treated. I'm constantly entertained by watching them go above and beyond for customers with disabilities and such. Kudos to this manager and her team for raising the bar.”

“I complement and would highly recommend Pharmacist Amanda and Customer Service Associate Nancy. Upon arriving in Florida on business I realized I'd forgotten my Insulin and syringes which are both filled by the VA and impossible to get refilled immediately. They went over and above what was expected .Amanda gave me my best options to meet my needs for my stay in Fl. obtained necessary scripts from my Dr in NJ and in short order filled my extremely necessary Lantus ( not sold over the counter) and needles.”
“I just want to mention Max from the pharmacy department. He is GREAT. Today I walked in very upset because the CVS located in S Jacaranda and Tamiami (across Walmart) got my prescription all wrong and didn't offer any help. This is the same prescription I've been getting for over 10 yrs. So, after that bad experience, I decided to drive to this branch and ask for help. Max took my info and worked in the computer for about 6 or 8 minutes. When he came back he told me he got everything squared away and my prescription would be ready. I know it wasn't a simple thing and he did all that with a smile on his face. I work in customer service and I understand how difficult and challenging it can be so THANK YOU MaX for all your help and for solving my case . I will be going back to this branch for now on.”

“While visiting in the Venice area, I needed to have a new prescription sent from my out of state doctor. Waited till mid afternoon to give them a chance to get it filled. Got there, they had no record of receiving it. That was upsetting as I really was in need of this prescription. The young lady (I think her name was Ris?) I was working with was so helpful, she got additional help with the situation and she suggested I call my clinic at the same time to confirm it got sent in. Later my clinic sent a message that they have resent the prescription to the correct location, what?! I gave them the accurate location and phone #. A bit later I called the Walgreens phone # and was able to confirm with the automated help they had received the order and was still working on it! Couple hours later I received the text that my order was ready! My husband went in to pick it up for me and the same lady was quick to apologize for the delay and was hoping that I would be feeling better soon as she knew the pain that I was in. Beyond grateful for her and wanted to give kudos to this pharmacy since I had seen some that were not so good. People need to take the time when they are happy to compensate for the people who are not!!!”
“Love that I can drive thru to pick up prescriptions. The pharmacist was so helpful when I needed to transfer a prescription. The store is neat and has everything you’d expect to find at Walgreens. It’s right off 41 so it’s easy to find. Lots of parking as well.”

“They always fill my prescription timely and correctly. I love the phone system that is automated and notifies you when your prescriptions are ready. They have a drive-through so it's very convenient too. I've been in the store and do like the variety of items from goodies to make-up to gifts to some clothing items and much more. The staff is always helpful and kind too.”
“I stop in at the end of every night and I absolutely love the staff. I miss Gary of course but Haley is awesome. She tolerates my pajama attire and is always courteous even when she’s had a bad night. These guys that work this late shift deal with some messed up people but they stay professional and stay positive. Doesn’t hurt that haley has amazing eyes and beautiful curves ;)”

It’s a busy pharmacy but they get the customers taken care of in a reasonable time. Kaylee was at the pickup counter on my last visit and she was a true expert at providing excellent customer service. She was pleasant to work with and very helpful in answering my question. I’m glad I switched pharmacys recently, CVS is the best!”

“Yet another Wawa gas station. It looks the same as all the others, it sells gas the same as all the others, the coffee tastes like all the others and it serves food like all the others. I can't say anything bad about this place, but If I compare it to other Wawa's then I can't say there is anything that stands out either..... It's a Wawa, you know what you are going to get before you get there.... In fact it wouldn't surprise me if the staff were all clones.”
