Small classes and fun social activities so you get to know the other clients. It's a nice little family. If you go north for the summer Stacey has challenges and encouragement on line to keep you motivated. Soul Fitness has group training and individual training for strength, balance, cardio and nutrition at great prices. Give it a try and stay healthy. I have been a client at Soul fitness for 3 years and plan to continue.”

“My family and I use the gym on regular basis. Its a nice facility but probably not top tier. However, I would say that people that go here really make it a great place to be. I can swing by to do a quick pump session or take my time and chat with folks to get tips and advice. Most people I have met here are happy to help on your journey for better health.”
