“We went into Mobile Home Depot late Friday evening to ask for help on an issue concerning windows purchased there by our contractor, Don Johnston of I am the Handyman. After the installation we thought some of the windows were defective and so did Mr..Johnston, this was in March. We could not get a call back from him. BOB who works at Mobile Home Depot offered to come over on his day off and check out the issue. He successfully identified and solved the problem, and would not accept payment for this act of kindness. We are so thankful for him and will continue to do business there of course.”
“Great experience at Harbor Freight. An employee took the time to help me find the right wall anchors and stud finders and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the options clearly and made sure I got what I needed. Excellent customer service.”
“Today at noon an employee in the plumbing department of Venice Lowes helped me solve my plumbing problem. He even visually showed how the pipes would fit together while I was arguing that he didn't understand. Well, this employee, a retired plumber, certainly did understand and his advice worked like a charm. I am so thankful that he was there to offer excellent advice and sure wish I had gotten his name. Thank you so much to the retired plumber and the Lowes manager for hiring him.”
“This was our first visit to this particular store and was very impressed. The young lady Veronika was the cashier that greeted me and led me in the right direction where Tyler assisted me to the enormous selection of stainless steel parts. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. They had exactly what I was looking for.
It was very encouraging to see young people with the enthusiasm to do their job well.

“Lately I've had great interactions and help at Home Depot ,yesterday in fact. There was a helpful cashier named Lily who helped me look for a purple Bougainvilla at another store because the only ones they had were much smaller. There also was a gentleman who helped me look for growth hormone and he didn't work in that area. A mere month ago I wasn't as lucky, so things are looking up!”

“By far one me of the biggest garden section in a Lowe's I have ever seen and the do not hover over u here at the SELF checkout like they do in Osprey it's almost suffocating in Osprey . Terry in the garden dept at Lowe's in Osprey is not the kindest and easy agitated , which makes me not wanna go to that location any more it's just a mess in Osprey . This Lowe's gets a 5 star and I will be coming here although it's 6 more min out of the way the entire over all experience is chill here Thankyou to everyone at the VENICE Lowe's u make me feel comfortable and easy to shop for what my home needs”
