Terrible experience!!! Extremely rude andinconsiderate. I wouldn’t even attempt to buy or do any form of business with them. I am sure there are some great and kind salesmen but the General Manager isn’t a good person.

The service advisor said I needed a fuel filter so I said ok but upon further inspection after I picked up truck, I believe I didn’t need a fuel filter. so I’m not satisfied with Jenkins service

Got me in in a week. Don’t understand the $49.95 shop materials, $49.95 misc charge. Will think differently about going again. Ended up $815 for oil change, tire rotation, and to a part to get my check engine lite off. The part cost $100. Can’t wait until GM sends there CSI form to fill out.
