“Truly an outstanding experience. Ryan and Mario both were exceptional. When you have a paint job that requires three different coats which has a metallic undercoat you become concerned about how they’re going to blend the paint to match. After the repairs, it was amazing. I looked up and down and sideways, and all different directions trying to find out where the paint overspray was. I was unable to find it. That means that they did a perfect job matching the paint. I was exceptionally impressed. Without question if I ever need another trip to an auto body, this is the place I will definitely use.”
“Just picked up our 2008 Audi TT. Bought the car a few weeks ago. It had a dent in the passenger side door and scrapes along the rocker panel. Tail light loose as well. “From the moment I called to schedule the body repair for our truck (and spoke with Holly) to the amazing communication (almost daily from Dave) I received on the status of said repair, I was treated with kindness and respect. I loved being kept updated via text frequently to know where our truck was in the process. There was a small hiccup on a side mirror (insurance's fault) and they still delivered our truck 4 days ahead of schedule! Once we picked up the truck we could NOT believe how amazing it looked ... like it was brand new! All washed and detailed! Gerber Collision paid attention to every detail and in today's day & age, that is rare! We highly recommend Gerber Collision and want them to know that they have a customer for life!”

“Edie and the whole team at Factory Auto Air are great, honest, helpful people. They did an evaporator core (must remove the entire interior dash panel) and A/C compressor on my Ram 2500 diesel. I was impressed by their careful work not damaging or scratching anything on the interior or exterior of the truck in the process and believe they were more than fair with me on price. I will be going back for any future needs. Great local Venice A/C shop with the ability to do big repairs and quality work.”

“I had service done on my CRV on March 6th
Went in for oil change and filter, they told me other work was needed to the tune of $388 and I told them OK. When I went to pay the bill they charged me $518.50, I questioned the charge and was told they would refund me $35, which I wasn’t completely happy with. I just my cc bill and no refund, I called them (cc company) and still no refund. I am stopping payment on this charge
I have called Venice Honda multiple times and they won’t put me through. Stay far away from Venice Honda and Brendan Daveluy
I am making a complaint to national Honda about these shameful business practices

My 20 yo granddaughter was on her way from northern Florida to just south of Venice when she got a flat tire last evening. It was getting dark and past closing time. Her car was towed to the Walmart Auto Center last evening. We went back there right at opening time today as there were no appointment openings. These guys from the customer service desk to the mechanics were amazing and had her back on the road fully repaired and safe within an hour. Thank you guys!”
