“I love going to Cole’s postal center. First and foremost, not only is the service Efficient, friendly and consistent. What’s comforting is the staff has not changed. It’s the same staff that worked at this center previously. With the holidays so busy and speaking from my experience these last couple of weeks, Nick and his staff have made it so easy for me to get my packages out on time and in the most efficient way and price. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks of the stress that the staff goes through at such a busy time of year. And not everyone is understanding and cordial when they correct our mistakes the best they can. There are a few people who don’t get it! I am very happy for the gentleman that was able to retire. And I think he is proud to have left the center in a good strong and caring staff!”

“Employee 308159 is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! I will always give up my place in line until I am her next customer. When I forget how to get a return slip on my phone, she politely helps me through that process. I always meet people who prefer her assistance over any other worker. When I had a package to return last Saturday the young man was very nice but gave me wrong information and told me I had to come back next week. When I returned this a.m. and waited for employee 308159 she immediately figured out that the problem was my return was to FedEx! I could have been told that last Saturday and saved me today’s trip. Employee 308159 quickly told me where to find FedEx. She was working solo this morning and there were 6 customers in line when I left. No other employees had bothered to call in saying they would be late or not in at all.
This employee deserves a bonus!!!
