“Purchased a rifle through gunbroker recently and defaulted ffl transfer to loan star pawn. I’m not sure what happened but somehow the gunbroker vendor messed up so I popped in to see Rick in person and he dropped what he was doing and e-mailed his ffl info to vendor and cleared up the problem. Rick is the nicest guy showing that excellent Customer service still exists ! P.S. Rick has the lowest transfer fees in the Venice area !”
