Heads up on this Verizon store. They are short tempered with the elderly. If you ask questions they think are simple they disparage and talk down at you. Word to the Verizon regional mgr. your in south Florida most of your customers are retiree's and likely need more communication. Why hire Gen X and millennials that are incapable of communication skillsYour not that different Han all your competitors eventually your customers will leave when they feel your support is inadequate and agents are disparaging

Purchased an Apple Watch from the store recently. Wanted one with specific features..they sold me the wrong one. I returned it to the store a few days later after realizing, and had to pay a $50 restocking fee.. Verizon employees had to google which watch had certain features because they didn’t know….I’m not hurting for the $50.. just disappointed that customer service wouldn’t waive the fee even thought they agreed it wasn’t right.

This store has taken care of our family for a decade and they do an amazing job! Rich helped us understand what to choose out of so many deals and was so patient with us as we went through options. He found deals we didn’t even know about and never pressured us. You will be glad you chose this store!

I went into the store after not getting answers or issues resolved over the phone and was greeted by the manager Mitch. He took the time to listen and resolved my problems. He then went further in my account and found me awesome promotions on devices. I was ready to leave Verizon but with his excellent customer service and value he found for me and my family I'm staying with Verizon and we are enjoying our new apple watches and phones. Great person and asset to Verizon. Not many left in the retail sales world like Mitch. We thank you!

Mitch took care of my business phone issues in a heartbeat. Even stayed after the store close time to help me resolve the issue. He knows how important my phone is for my business and wasn't letting me leave without it being correct. If you are leaving negative reviews you should think about treating the employees with respect instead of coming in and yelling like a child.

When you need help with an issue or recently a broken phone and then setting up a new one. Telling you they cannot help because you have to go home to internet and sign in to email to get a verification code, only to arrive at home and the code timed out is very very annoying. Seems like the store I bought the phone from had no trouble setting it up. Wow! Call the authorized dealer Verizon on jacaranda. They helped me over the phone in less than 5 minutes.

Everyone standing around doing nothing and still can't answer simple questions. Our $25 a line plan disappeared. No answer or interest in selling us on anything. Forcing us to go online all the time is the problem. Bad service.

I was quite disappointed in my recent trip to a local Verizon store, asking for help with a problem on my bill. I had tried to use the automated computer app but, it never got me any assistance.After explaining my issue, the help agent said that he could not help and that I needed to try one of several phone numbers.I came away convinced that Verizon just gives their customers a run around. They are not at all focussed on solving their customers' issues.PS I tried the offered phone numbers but the message was, "This is not our problem." At that point I gave up.
