I want to give a shout out to Derek Baker in the Venice Florida Verizon store. He was so helpful and patient with me and went over and above to try to settle a booster problem. Although I don’t have resolution yet, I’m sure he will get things solved for me. He is a wonderful asset to this store!

Just Wow. Derek was super helpful. helpful....it is so refreshing to see a verizon store with phones and a super helpful staff. Not like the other stores where you go in and they tell you to the web to complete the issue....
