“We have been coming here for 8 years. The entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Our dog literally pulls us into the office from the car, excited to see everyone. They have helped with everything from routine visits and vaccines, to weird golden retriever-related digestive issues, to the random swallowed toy or sock (the dog, not us). We drive from out of town to come here because they are all so amazing.”

“Recommend Dr.Garner and staff for all your pet medical and care needs. He’s been taking care of my bearded dragon Sushi, administering antibiotics and meds to get him back to good health. Only recommends necessary treatment, and doesn’t take advantage of someone with there money. Recommend him for your exotic pet needs.”

“Vet Gary Berkowitz has been extremely responsive to all our requests for service and has even opened his heart and care for several feral cats we have been trying to help in our neighborhood. He is caring and knowledgeable and works endless overtime to help our animal friends. The other staff members are also always friendly and accommodating.”

“Dr. Maus and her staff at our Ark Animal Hospital are always 110% ready to help, always available. Excellent care of your animals very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they even had a young man there yesterday that was being mentored who wants to go to school to become a vet so what a nice way to learn if that’s really what you want to do. All roads lead to Dr. Maus”

“We have trusted Dr. Ebert, aka “Doc,” and Jennifer at South Trail Animal Hospital for years, and for good reason. Zippo is my other child, all 110 pounds of him, so I take his care seriously. Doc’s recommendations have always been spot on, and he will not steer you wrong. He is straightforward, practical, and focused on what is actually best for your pet. This is also not a place that tries to nickel and dime you. Doc and Jennifer genuinely care about their patients and the families behind them, and they work hard to provide the right care without unnecessary extras. They also cared for our late chocolate Lab, Whiskey, who was a rescue, and their care helped him live a long, happy life. If you want a vet who is knowledgeable, honest, and direct, South Trail Animal Hospital is a great choice. We trust Doc and Jennifer completely and highly recommend them.”

“Dr. Walsh and the whole staff are excellent. I have a senior cat with thyroid issues. Most other pet hospitals only care about money. These people actually care about your pet. I am so glad I found this hospital for my sick cat. His quality of life has greatly improved.”

“Dr Jason, Wendy and the whole staff are wonderful. My last dog had diabetes so she had to have two injections a day for three years before we let her go. Along the way they were fabulous. Now that I have a new puppy, it makes me very happy to have them as our Veterinarian. The best!!”

“Can’t say enough great things about this Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Molly and her team are wonderful and very knowledgeable and thorough in their practice. We recently had an emergency situation with our dog and they immediately got us in and were so helpful. Very thankful for the staff at Venice Pines would most definitely recommend them as your primary veterinary.”

“I adopted a cat from St. Francis Rescue and they use this vet. I thought I would use them as well since they are familiar with the cat ànd she was already under their care. So far I've only gotten her meds once a month and the staff has been friendly and helpful.”

“I moved to FL in 2019 and started taking my dogs here because it is 5 mins from my house. I have been here for routine care, for critical care, and sadly for euthanasia. Recently, I have been here often for surgeries on my beagle who has terminal mammary cancer. I want to specifically say that Dr. Cliff Myburgh and Dr. Maria, their surgeon, have been absolutely amazing through my ordeal with my dog. I have probably called 2-3x each week for a few months and everyone has been responsive and gotten me in /given me what I have asked for quickly. Dr. Cliff goes out of his way to provide advice and suggestions. I also highly recommend Dr. Eva. The staff is wonderful as well and returns calls/emails promptly. It is not the cheapest place but finding a reliable vet is not easy to do and worth the cost.”

“I came here for the first time on a very sad day. The day I had to put my first dog down. Everyone that worked there was beyond kind and understanding of such a heartbreaking moment in my life. They were kind and passionate in explaining the procedure, as well as allowing me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Which, I'll be honest, I took my time, it was so hard to leave that room. When his ashes came back it was in the most beautiful packaging, in a hand carved wooden box. Such a beautiful sentiment to losing such an important part of my life. Thank you for being so kind on one of my worst days, your kindness will live with me forever.”

“What kind and wonderful people! That's Dr. Dawn and her staff. I was visiting the area when my elderly Great Dane became unexpectedly sick. Dr. Dawn didn't hesitate to do everything possible to save her when other vets who opened earlier that morning refused to see her. I am grateful I found her.”

“For 8 years, we’d been taking our 4 dogs to get their annual shots and heart worm tests and meds here. They had the best prices in town and saved us thousands over that time period. The vets and techs were always friendly and got us out quickly. Then Covid hit and they’ve disappeared. So sad, now I have to take my dogs to the regular vet, which costs more. Hope they get things back on track soon.On a personal note, some of the negative reviews here are ridiculous. We’re in a pandemic, people. That’s why they’re not responding. They’re closed!”
