They sent us a card to follow up a couple weeks after ( which made me cry all over again ). They are hands down the best. He seems on the verge of a mental breakdown. But, once we get in the building, he zips it and calms right down. Stops meowing, starts breathing normally and relaxes. He knows and remembers it as a safe place. Not to mention, he gets a ton of attention, lots of petting, scratches and of course his favorite, treats! And Mom and dad are happy, because he gets treated for what he came in for, with the utmost care and kindness we could hope for. “I went into the Pet Supermarket to get some pet food for my yorkie. She has been on the hills food since I got her. She has not been eating lately. She is very fussy. Alex helped me and showed me the ingredients on the hills food (atrocious!!!!) He showed me a new food. We went through the ingredients. He told me what did what and why it was in there. Turns out, he's the store manager. I am so shocked because I have been coming here for years and never had such great help from anyone, let alone the managers. He was knowledgeable and signed me up for the rewards. Will be back in soon.”
