Can you give a minus 10 stars? If you were in the store today you saw the biggest melt down ever and Matt (the manager) deserved every ounce of my vitriol. The bottom line... he sent me home to wait 48 hours with no cell phone service for a problem that would not have been solved at the end of the 48 hours. I had to call customer service myself and get the code that they thought, but had not, sent me. I wish I could say bad words on here, you would here them all. Do not, repeat, do not expect any kind of customer service from this store. Shame on you Matt.

We have been in contact with XFINITY since Nov 2023 to have lines moved from old FPL poles to new ones that were replaced last year. The old poles a leaning and XFINITY refuses to complete their task of removing their lines and is putting our Residents and their property in danger. The worse customer service ever. I called Frontier for the same task and they were out the next day. Xfinity only care about the dollar and not people.

Ordered new service in person at the store. Very friendly - except wrong personal information recorded by salesman. When installation was done, the technician left the cable drop on the ground. It’s now three weeks and is a pedestrian and mowing hazard. I kept receiving texts saying the “installation is complete “ It’s not, I’m disappointed

update for Kent. I had a very complicated issue originating to a mistake that someone in the store made almost 2 years ago. I was beyond exasperated (still am) and Kent was the epitome of calm while having to face my dismay. I found him to be a great communicator- able to summarize the root cause issue to me and the Escalation Team on the phone. The issue is not yet resolved and i am still frustrated -but impressed enough to write this reviewthis 5 stars is for Jamie O’C. He was professional in every sense of the word. In an environment where the store manager tries to be friendly but only manages to be condescending, I am most appreciative of being respectfully treated as an adult vs. being chided as if i was a child or spoken down to as if I am an idiot. * i’ve had to be in the store 5 times in last 2 months as we changed service so this comment is based on several interactions with the same person.

I use 2 channels and pay over $200/month for internet and tv, only because I have no real alternative. Someone should start a business setting up streaming for people like me who don't know how. I'm not stupid, just don't know how. I'm a full-time RN. How about- I'll start your IV line....you set up my streaming!

Experience was good I liked the setup and 45 minutes wasn't bad, if my cable bill wasn't always going up every 3 months the 5 stars wouldve been selected, sorry

Very helpful staff, my phone was stuck in limbo while trying to move my phone number and they were all very helpful getting my situation resolved and patient with me given my situation I was in.

Visited this store to change some older equipment with an appointment. Everything went well initially. When I returned home I realized I had returned the wrong remote and immediately returned. I was told they were too busy to look for it.The front man said he'd call. Didn't happen.

Went on a Sunday. Multiple techs, quick service. Football on their TV. It could not been easier.
