My sales lady seemed to know what I wanted without showing me several items that didn't interest me, showed me financing options and, even, showed me the sofa that I had been looking for it seems forever. I've heard and read negative comments about Badcock but I can't agree with what I've heard. At least not at the Vero Beach store.”

“There were three things I wanted in a new washing machine. I wanted a washing machine with an agitator, that would “completely” fill the basket with water, and the option to soak my cloths. Well, that’s exactly what I got with the help of Marty, the store manager. I’m not big on doing laundry to begin with, but I can definitely say, “I love my new washer!” I purchased the GE® 4.5 cu. ft. Capacity Washer with Stainless Steel Basket. This is the machine I grew up with! I don’t need to “Bluetooth” my washing machine, I just need it to completely clean my laundry. Thank you Marty and Jetson TV & Appliance in Vero Beach, for the completely painless experience! And yes, I walked in with my google in hand, and still was treated with superb customer service! Ha ha haSide note: Jetson’s delivery process is great! They send you a link that allows you to track your delivery down to the location of the delivery truck. This allows you to “get on with your life,” while you await the delivery of your product. The delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer!”

“This store always has the products that we need. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Customer service is quick and we've never had an issue.You do have the occasional Twilight zone moment where all the employees seem to have disappeared and you can't find anybody to help you but it doesn't happen too often.We don't make the casual stop at the store anymore because of all the people walking around asking about surveys, air conditioners, and all other matter of things. We seem to get stopped at least three times by three different people asking us questions every time we come here.”

“I have been using Aaron's or Rent a Center for 15 years. This is by far the best store I've dealt with. I have been with them for four years now. Rented and paid off multiple items so far and have a couple right now. The management and staff have always been nice and willing to help. I have never had a problem here. Recently a few of my items have been too big for me to pick up like I usually do. So, I have had them delivered. The process was very easy to set up... The delivery driver we have had multiple times now, Ross, has been very nice, helpful, and professional. We are moving into a new place and our lot is not laid out too efficiently. He had to park the truck way out in the corner by the road. With a smile, he loaded up the washer and dryer and rolled them halfway across my yard and hooked them up quickly and efficiently, and was out in a snap. He has done a great job each time. I really am happy with my experiences with all aspects of this store from management, staff, and delivery guys.”
