“We had such a great experience with our salesman, Nick. He was genuine, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very honest throughout the entire process. He never pressured us or made us feel rushed, which made such a difference when making an important purchase like a mattress. We visited 5 mattress stores and we knew we’d come back to purchase from Nick bc of his honesty!
He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answer all of our questions, explain the differences between the mattresses, and give us plenty of time to try different options. We never felt like he was simply trying to make a sale he genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the mattress that was right for us and our family. He wasn’t consumed by selfishness but was thoughtful and considerate about his customer’s comfort and needs.
He was attentive without hovering, helpful without being pushy, and honest about our different options. That combination is hard to find in a salesperson and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated his patience, kindness, professionalism, and honesty. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress!

“Nancy was our salesperson at the vero. Beach east location. She was absolutely fantastic. This is our second bed. We got from her. Great person, not pushy, gets you the right product. She even found me a good pillow. I can't say enough about the place we've dealt with her twice, and the delivery guys are just as good, everybody There are so friendly and thoughtful and they don't push anything on you which is awesome. “Our salesman Tony was helpful and patient with us as we decided on a new mattress. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses carried at the store. Originally, we thought of just saving money to get a pillow topper but he explained the good ones caused as much as some mattresses. On the morning of delivery we realized we would not be able to use the box spring supports we had. We called the store,Wells took care of us over the phone and was able to arrange for the box springs to be on the truck as well! Working with a local family business is key when it comes to delivery. At 1:30 PM Jeremy a d Robin were at our place. They hauled out the old mattress and box springs, rest the frame and put the new mattress down! Jeremy went over the care of the mattress with us. Both of them showed respect when entering and leaving our home. They could not have been more polite! That's what we call A+ service! We will not hesitate to use Mattress Market in the future.”
