“The battery in my golf cart died & I went to the Oslo Advance Auto to purchase a new one. The clerk looked up the type of battery that would fit my cart & I was ready to purchase a $200. one. Then the clerk saw the sticker on my old battery & looked up the date & details of my old battery. It turned out that my old battery was still under warranty. I got a new battery for free. Most sales clerks wouldn’t have taken the time to check all that information. The clerks at this store are always very helpful. Thanks”

“Service Department, I scheduled an appointment for 12/11 instead of 12/10. I showed up on 12/10. Jarrod Jenkins took great care of me and said he would get me in today. I declined the multi point inspection. I am not sure the name of the tech that serviced my car. However, the tech pointed out some problems that were missed by other shops. The tech even explained why the car alignment was off, and what needed to be done to fix it. That was more than the tire shop and other Honda dealership did. There was not a high pressure sales pitch to get the repairs made today. I will definitely be back to visit the service department.”
