“The quality of the work at Classic is so good it's almost enough to make you wish for a collision with your other cars (lol). Kenny answered all of my questions on the original estimate on our FJ Cruiser and gave me a realistic timeline on getting the parts, etc. since the car is out of production. Great communication as the repairs moved forward as well.

“I truly appreciate this location because it was early in the morning and I was at Winn Dixie across the way and my key fob battery stopped working. I was locked out of my car. After my husband arrived and I was standing outside waiting I saw the Advanced Auto was opened and we crossed our fingers. Lucky us they had the right one! The kind woman attendant was able to help us open the key and get us the battery necessary to be on our way!
Due to this nice experience we decided to come back to this particular location past our local one to purchase the cars battery when it needed changing to say thank you. I highly recommend this store.”
“Good service location. Oil change was done completely it was expensive but what service on an 18 isn't. An update to my review. I was at the Ft Pierce store again today looking for a part. Will honestly tell you that your parts clerk today is not a good representative for you. I came in for a fuel filter and he did not even bother to look up the part based on my vin as your corporate voice mail states can be done. I left with a sour feeling in my mind for the lack of professionalism he demonstrated. I didn't even bother asking his name simply because he was not truly interested in helping me figure out the part I needed. The sad part is a week ago I had an oil change. When I asked if he could verify the part used by my service last week I was told no because you do not like your systems between parts and service. Something that spouse a given”

The staff actually took time to make sure I was getting the right parts instead of just rushing me through it. I also liked that they explained a few things in simple terms since I'm not really a car person. Prices seemed fair and my order came in when they said it would. Overall it was a pretty smooth experiance and I’d definitely use them again if I need anything later on.”

“Alex A was a GOD SEND to me this morning. My car kept shutting off in the middle of the road (road being US1 morning traffic.) I usually shop this location because it's close to my home. I asked if the battery could be checked. Alex came out and tested my battery and it was fine. He then checked my oil and it was BONE DRY! I wasn't even due for an oil check yet! He then proceeded to get the oil and put it in my car for me. Something that could've and WOULD'VE cost me thousands of dollars to fix. He definitely went above and beyond for me and truly a Guardian Angel!”
