“The reason for my review is to commend Vero Beach Branch Manager, Noah Keeper. I had to rent a vehicle for 10 days from Enterprise because my car was involved in a hit & run and was in the body shop getting repaired. The body shop, Fine Line II, recommended i go to the Enterprise rental center down the road and ask for Noah. I was still upset about my car being hit and the other driver taking off . As a result, i was not in the spirit of having to deal with renting a car. I have to tell you my mood totally changed when Noah greeted me as i walked in. He was happy, courteous & respectful. He welcomed me and when over the available cars , their rates, and even told me I was eligible for a discount since i had Allstate Insurance. Noah was a total professional and he made the entire process simple & easy. I reserved a car for the following week, When i went to pick up the rental car, I received the same courteous professional service.
