Got into Vero Beach Airport around 11 on a Saturday and Hertz was closing at noon. Alan helped me out big time and got me a rental last minute without a reservation!! I appreciated the good customer service it made my trip a lot easier! Not to mention the prices were about $200 less than Budget next door. Thank you.
