Do not use Florida Broadband!! I was a customer for 3 years before I canceled. There was a bad storm in September of 2023 in Fort Pierce that caused my internet to no longer work. I called countless times and the only thing they did was “escalate my ticket”. I called countless time complaining that I had no internet and that a tech needed to come out and correct the issue. I was still being charged month after month and STILL NO INTERNET!! I finally got fed up and canceled it in November. Never got my money back for those months of zero internet. They don’t value their customers.

I LOVE this company! I get to speak to a 4eal person when I call. If there is an 9utage, I am always kept well-informed via a message explaining the issue and giving an estimated solution time. I am in a rural area and don't have many choices for internet. This company has been a godsend.

It's so disappointing when you call for tech support and get nothing but a VM and no return calls. The tech guys are awesome and everytime they've been out (Gabriel, Rick and others)have been perfect gentlemen and resolved issues. The actual internet is terrible. If you have another option, use it, but not this one. It stinks trying to work on just a cell phone.

Installer Technicians Rick, Hose & Pablo had done an EXCELLENT JOB to relocate the Router from the dinning room area to my computer room, using the existing phone land line outlet; hence, no drilling of a hole was necessary. FB's WiFi speed is very good; I am very happy that I chose FB services! :)

Gabriel and Pablo resolve our issues with not having internet service. Gabriel explained what he did and made sure it was working before he left.He was very kind and caring that the internet had not been working.Now homework is getting finish with assignments. Life360 is now accessible which is much needed.Thank you very much.

Florida Broadband was immediately responsive when we needed an urgent installation. Shawna was great the whole time on the phone and behind the scenes. The installation tech, Matt, seemed to actually care about what he was doing; he took his time to get it right, was polite and squared away, and he seems to have gotten us a great signal. Extremely grateful. This whole experience has been a 180 from what we’ve been dealing with from the larger national ISPs. If this is the sort of service I can expect from this company, I look forward to being a happy long-term customer.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m not going to write everything but if y’all have to deal with Shauna a tier two tech I feel bad for you. You will wait weeks to actually have working service and never get a call back. Don’t waste money on this company.

This is the most unreliable internet service on the market. I have contacted them several times . Many times with no call back. They were increasing the height of a tower took 15 weeks to accomplish. All they have to do now is point me at that tower.That tower has been done for a week still no service call. Have not had internet for 14 weeks. Very dissatisfied. Have been a customer since they bought the company service has always been spotty, very unreliable

Terrible phone support and call backs, Internet goes out consistently so when you call to troubleshoot you may get a mailbox full message or it takes days for someone to reach you back.

Ricky and Daniel from Florida Broadband went the extra mile today. They came to my home were very professional and courteous. Took their time to evaluate the problem and the time to explain it to me. Once they found the issue, they completed the work and ensured I had no further questions or issues before leaving.. Thumbs up.

Finally have a good signal.... Moved into home. Signal was terrible 90% of the time. Could not pay bills or open emails most of the time. Techs came out and said my equipment seems fine. But I may need to cut trees or relocate the dish/radio. They adjusted the dish so it was pointing straight to the tower. I cut palm trees blocking the path. Signal still no good. Several calls to tech support. I ended up buying googlefi. hotspot. Problem solved until i ran out of data on googlefi. Called tech support more. sent techs again. They said you do not need an updated radio. You need to cut more trees and showed me the tower off in the distance and said make sure that path is clear. My big oak tree is blocking the path. Skeptical, What am I going to do, cut every tree in a 5 mile line of sight(sarcasm but seriously)? but desperate for a solution, I did it right away. Signal was great. No more loss of signal. I would like to say thank you for helping to get it right. I know troubleshooting is never easy. Cutting trees is not cheap to have someone do and is not easy to do yourself when it is 15ft over head. Looking back I would have rather they just relocated the radio from the beginning but they said they did not know if that would fix it either. Soooo..... It took some time and money but we got it figured out now. The techs were right but the first time I did not know where the tower was and how much to cut. The service is really really great now that we are fixed up. I urge all of you with issues to take the time to figure it out and I am sure you will get great service too. Thank you and I hope we can keep this service for many years to come.

I have contacted this company at least 15 times in reference to a refund. Services could not be completed at my home due to poor signal, and I had already paid a 50% deposit ($1600). The company continues to state that the refund is pending...but this has been going on for 3 weeks. Now, when I call, they do not answer my calls or return calls after I leave a voicemail. They only answer the call if I call from a different number.If I could give them zero stars, I would. It is very sad that it has to come to this because they will not refund the money that is rightfully mine.

I work for a business in the west of town, are inernet was barley working but got us through are first year. These last few months it hasn't worked at all. We are unable to operate. They sent 2 techs out and they gave us false information regarding a single tower and informed us the office would call with a solution... that was over a month ago. Still no call. Were about to bring out own tech support to the grounds to fix the problem....... sad when you can't even rely on your provider....if you can AVOID getting FBB in West Vero, I highly advise you do it.

Gabe and Jesse did our install and were so polite and understanding with my request to either take shoes off or wear booties. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job at creating an organized set up of all of the cables. We’ve had FB for about a month now and so far the speed has been great for our 8+ devices we use.
