Nice guy pretty helpfull and honest, really wanted to do business with him. But i smelled like an ashtray after spending 20min in his store. If you like cigars this is your place to go! Would like to give him 5 stars for customer service but the smell just gave me a headache- and i already had a headache from the broken...
