Kay E. did not rush me in spite of the fact there were many people that came in line after me. She let all people waiting that she would get to them as soon as she could but continued to go above and beyond for me. “Super helpful actually.
Gentleman named JD didn't have to but he explained that I picked the wrong choice from Amazon which made me print a label and provide box.
He explained that is how they get you. I canceled my return and opted to return to store but with different option. Something like package and label already provided. So just keep your packaging and return that way. No cost.
Both options say free for shipping but one requires box and label and the other one uses the existing Amazon box and label.
Amazon seems to make it difficult on purpose.
