“After an outrageously horrible experience at the USPS in downtown, I came here with assistance in shipping a fishing rod back for warranty. Not only was Amanda (and her co worker, forgive me for not catching her name) kind and attentive- but she helped me with getting my rod shipped out for 1/4 the price ($33) of USPS ($125) and 1/10th the price of a local shipping company ($280).Amanda made a stressful situation a complete breeze and solidified my future business for all packing and shipping needs. “The staff at UPS are absolutely the best even when they have a new person hired that person is just as polite as the rest. I have experienced UPS employees throughout the United States and Wells Fargo could take a lesson from their customer service. It does not matter who you are what you look like the color of your skin, they all treat everybody with the upmost professional courtesy. The shipping process that the packages go through are an entirely different category, but the customer service staff ranks the best”

“I went into Staples yesterday and needed to print something off of my phone and fax it to a number. I had no clue how to do any of this. It's just not my thing technically, I am lacking. One of the store employees, Janay, a young lady saw that I was struggling and went totally out of her way, and helped me. She completely walked me through it. She didn't do it for me, but she explained it to me and showed me how to do it, so I could, hopefully, do it on my own next time. We need more people like this. This young lady needs a raise. She went above and beyond. She had the patience of a saint, and I appreciate her and everything she did!”

“Wow! I didn't realize amazing service still existed until today. My wife is Canadian and was in Vero Beach visiting her Dad and she received a date next month to have a surgery back in Canada but had to get signed documents back to Canada right away. But, she couldn't get to Postcal Connections until after 5:00. However, a very nice young man named Zach who clearly cared how important this was, said he would stay until it safely got out. I spoke to Jim his supervisor about what a great Zach was doing over there and Jim was terrific as well. Not to mention the fact that it was so much cheaper to send through them then directly with UPS or Fedex. So, many places say "There's nothing we can do" and this place says "We'll make sure we do it" We are very grateful to them.”
