“This used to be the best and most convenient place to drop off packages but lately it’s been taking 3+ days to scan in with the carrier and they no longer provide a drop off receipt, it’s giving me a hard time with the recipient of the packages as I have no proof of shipment anymore. The employees are always very friendly and helpful though.”

“Super helpful actually.
Gentleman named JD didn't have to but he explained that I picked the wrong choice from Amazon which made me print a label and provide box.
He explained that is how they get you. I canceled my return and opted to return to store but with different option. Something like package and label already provided. So just keep your packaging and return that way. No cost.
Both options say free for shipping but one requires box and label and the other one uses the existing Amazon box and label.
Amazon seems to make it difficult on purpose.

“David was very helpful and patient with me. It was my first time using the business card website at the computer. He walked me the first few steps and then I was able to design my card the way I liked it. He is a design master!
