“I took my Dodge Ram in for a new transmission. They did some diagnostic tests and explained it wasn't the transmission. All that had to be done was reset the computer. Our bill was (only) $200.00! They could have said they replaced the transmission and charged me thousands! Its nice to do business with a local family owned business that is so Honest!”

“I left Walmart and was driving behind Dunkin Donut and as I rounded to the east side of Tire Kingdom, a tire picked up two pieces of metal. Geico Roadside sent Charlie’s Towing and Junior with Charlie’s Towing, showed up within about a half hour. He was professional, very polite and as I went to stop the tire from rolling he stated “ma’am that is what I am here to do”. I told him I was a country girl and changed my own tires my whole life until a couple years because at 66 I choose not to anymore. He said it was time for me to take it easy and enjoy life ?He had my tire changed in no time……what a kind and thoughtful man He represents Charlie’s Towing well.”

“The people at Jerry's Wrecker were very helpful & professional. The driver was called after my daughter got into an accident & totaled her car. He was there in 20 min, got the car loaded, told me he's glad she's ok, gave me the info i needed, and left. The ladies in the office are SUPER busy from open to close, but somehow seem to get it all taken care of. They even answered some questions I had for the insurance adjuster who wouldn't call me back. While I hope I don't have to deal with any of this again, I really appreciate the people at Jerry's Wrecker. Also, they have uhaul rentals as well, which is important to know, imo.”

The entire ordeal for my daughter and our family is a difficult one however, being treated so kindly by Marisha and also the gentleman who guided us to the mangled car has been a really warm, friendly and most kind experience. Just like the title of this review states. Mark, as well as all the other guys, are highly experienced mechanics and get the work done right the first time and in excellent order.
