About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is a reliable and professional service, with knowledgeable employees who generally provide a positive customer experience. Despite the challenges faced by the organization in 2020, the local office maintains a high level of service, with staff who are often friendly and helpful. However, customers may encounter long lines, especially on Saturdays when the office has limited hours. In one instance, a customer was impressed by the staff's prompt and warm assistance in resolving an issue with a package delivery, highlighting the dedication and efficiency of the team.

I visited this post office to mail off a package during lunch hours. There was not a wait, parking was sufficient, and the staff never was helpful.
