I placed a couple of prepaid packages on the counter top for shipment 4 hours ago and tracking shows it still has not been scanned and shipped. I usually ship from the Sebastian USPS on Main Street and they usually pick up and scan my items within minutes. I hope they are not still sitting on the counter top--??

This review is for my man Terry. He is the kindest most helpful mail guy you will ever meet. He deserves a raise and a future with usps because his customer service is outstanding. I no longer go to this location anymore because the white man other reviewers have commented on is so bitter, it’s truly awful to get that guy. But hey I don’t want this review to be impacted by the negativity of one of his coworkers. Terry is a good man and will take care of you. I wish I could come here just to see him.

I’m not rating this location a 1 star but the older gentleman Dave clerk #13 is 100% rude. I arrived at the location 10 minutes before closing and was refused service on top of at least 5 other customers who were refused as well. He was EXTREMELY rude and down right disrespectful. One customer that was refused told me that he was retiring soon so she thinks maybe that’s why he doesn’t care how he speaks to anyone. This is the only location on beachside and he should have manners. I’ll be calling corporate as well to file a complaint. It’s just not right. We’re all human and we deserve to be spoken to like human beings. When I asked to speak to a manager he denied to get a manager. If a manager sees this can you please speak to him about his behavior. Everyone else that works there is absolutely wonderful people!!!

Just want to give a shout out to Terry for being so courteous and professional handling a big crowd on a Saturday morning single handed and doing it with such a great attitude. It's hard to please everyone but he went over and beyond today and got it done with a smile and took care of everybody's needs.He did a great job and we need more Terry's in this world!

Mail i drop off at this Cardinel st. location too frequently doesnt reach its destination. I have complained to them personally, others have as well, but still no improvement.

Leah is such a sweet lady. Always remembers me (my PO Box is at this location) and truly shows care and concern when answering questions. I see her face and light up with happiness! Leah exudes happiness and positivity and I thoroughly appreciate all her hard work and dedication!When I went today I must say I won’t go back on the weekend. The woman who I’ve seen before but don’t recall her name was pretty rude to a few customers. I was shocked and appalled at how curt she was.So please charge kudos with Leah and Julie too if she’s still there! Those two are the best! Today is 1/8/22 and it was not a good experience ?

Leah and Julie are great! They’re 5 stars. The Spanish woman on Saturday? She needs an attitude adjustment! It’s quite apparent she hates her job but how dare she speak to customers the way she does. I am not alone there were three other people who walked out because of her attitude on January 8, 2022. Coaching opportunity? I think so! I’m sorry you have a line out the door and are working by yourself but that’s not my problem nor should I be disrespected and spoken to the way you attempted today before I myself walked out. Rude!

Keep hearing on the news that USPS was slowing their delivery time but for a package dropped off at the post office on Midway Road on October 13th and it gets to West Palm Beach post office on October 22nd (60 miles)is purely pathetic. Also, their tracking info is full of inaccurate info.
