“The team went waaaaaay beyond what was expected. Dr Dan has always been great. When we recently had a major health issue with our dog that required surgery. Dr Sarah was the one that came to the rescue. After our office visit she texted from her personal line answering questions and just checking up on our dog. Her follow up was due to her devotion to the animals and not just her job. Dr. Dan has a wonderful team even the front desk and vet techs show a true love for their job. “I had to sadly drive here in the middle of the night to have my dog euthanized because he was suffering from cluster seizures that we believe was due to a cancerous brain tumor. We were the only ones in there with a technician and the doctor. The two sweet ladies were very patient with me as I had to say goodbye to my precious Newman. We called ahead to let them know that we were coming and they prepared the area with a blanket waiting on the table to put him on which I thought was a very endearing touch considering the urgency of needing him put down. Highly recommend if needing a place to put your sweet baby to sleep.”
“I brought my dog in to get anxiety medication because he becomes extremely stressed during grooming. His paws had gotten so bad — the hair was matted and he had a yeast infection. Nicky at the VCA was so gracious and kind; she took the time to carefully groom his paws and the areas around his back and front legs. This helped us tremendously. Now that the matted hair is gone, we can finally apply the medication to his paws properly, and it will actually be able to take effect. We’re so grateful for her help and compassion!I’m”
