With Karen of Karen’s Canine Kitchen retiring, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find the frozen raw food for my 3 fur babies.Jen, manager of The Dog House groomers where I take my 3 dogs, advised me to try out Mr Mochas and I am thrilled she did. And as it turns out, Karen and Stephen, the owner of Mr Mochas connected and loyalty credits from Karen’s will be honored at Mr Mochas. THANK YOU SO MUCH. They have THE BEST quality food options for your cat or dog- frozen raw, fresh, freeze dried, canned or kibble and supplements and toys. At Stephen’s suggestion, I switched from Northwest Naturals to Steve’s Beef frozen raw in nugget form and my DOGS LOVE IT!!Thank you Jen at The Dog House groomers for the recommendation !!”

“Legit farmers with deep knowledge on livestock diet. They probably saved my sheep by sharing information regarding the feed I was buying. I have goats and sheep so, sheep cant eat feed with copper and I was buying feed from Rural King that had copper, well at least small to trace amounts.
Prices were more than I'd like it to be but the quality is there.
Upon purchase the store hands will bring the bags to your vehicle.”

“My young cat is very feral, petable, but feral. The vet was doing shots in the middle of the fish area. I told her that wouldn't work because if he bolted (which he did), we'd never catch him again. The tech suggested taking him into the restroom, which worked perfectly. It was an area where he was easily caught, scruffed, given his rabies shot and put back in the carrier, with everyone unharmed and safe.
I would use them again.”
“I first bought a puppy 7 years ago. She turned out to be the best animal I have ever had the privilege to own. Shes incredibly smart, sensitive, and loving. Overall a very healthy shepherd.
Martha and Victor are both great breeders that sink a lot of time into caring for their dogs and puppies. I was so happy and impressed with them and their puppies, my girlfriend and I decided to buy another beautiful baby girl. I bought a second and will buy a third when the time is right. 10/10”
“I really enjoyed both of my visits here. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every cat I asked about, which is super helpful when trying to find a new family member. Some other places just don't take the time to get to know each animal, which is not the case here. Everything was clean and their catio is a lovely size. The adoption process itself was super simple, all said and done in less than 10 minutes, if that. I couldn't be happier with my new kitty. Frederick (now Gimli) is an AWESOME little feline and my whole family loves him!”
“I took my purebred Spanish water dog in for a clipping she did a very good job. Except on her nose she did not get it short enough but I should have said something sooner but overall I was very very pleased”
“Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our dog was having allergic reactions and ear infections. The vet had him on apoquel @$75.00 month and it's not good for them. He suggested some different dog foods and we found he was allergic to chicken.Now he eats pumpkin and rabbit and is off the medication, no ear problems.I highly recommend this establishment.”

I love the cashiers and the dog training team and the groomers are also very professional. Highly recommend for all your pet needs! My dog Rocky loves going here for everything! He meets a lot of new friends too! Elexus (Lexi) is a genius with my dogs private training and soon she will be in The Grooming department”
“Experienced the best customer service from Maggie and Carly!
I’m pregnant and can’t lift over 25 lbs, so Maggie offered to carry two big bags of dog food to the counter and then into my car! She was so kind and sweet from when she first saw me in the store to when I left!
Both ladies also helped me get a great deal on dog food and made the transaction simple and smooth. I got 2 big bags of food, a small bag, and 2 cans of wet food for the price of one big bag of food! That’s nearly 2 months worth of food for our Rottweiler & Biewer Terrier for what we normally spend on a month’s worth of food for our Rottweiler alone.
I have cancelled all our monthly online dog food subscriptions and will be buying food here instead! Thank you for all your help ?”

“First time having my dog groomed here. Pleasant and friendly experience with the grooming department and all of their staff. My boy came out handsome and happy. Process is smooth. The regular staff running the registers and opening the store before hours for the early appointments not as pleasant. Short and snippy when speaking. Facial expressions as if they are mad or disgusted. But I still give 5 stars because my boy came out happy and clean. Grooming staff amazing.”

“LOVE RICK AND GINA! My family has been coming here for almost 10 years now and we have never had a problem or issue. We have always felt welcome and like a part of the family. I even appreciate how the store gives updates on their Facebook page if they are going to be closed or closing up early (if they need to.)
