Chase Bank offers checking, savings, mobile banking, and deposit products from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. A customer scheduled an appointment online and met staff who was super nice and set up a daughter’s first checking account. Another appointment was on time; the staff was attentive and helpful, explained everything in a very clear way, and set up everything in the same meeting. A teen’s first checking account was opened with patience, resulting in a positive experience.
Love coming to this bank! Everyone from Grace the teller/notary to Tommy, Bob and the rest in customer service always welcoming, professional, informative and quick to assist. Reminds me of my long-time community S&L growing up in NY decades ago. Can’t believe this a corporate bank as they are so warm and friendly.
