This is the second week I've tried to get service at this bank! However, I only managed to get to the bank at 1:20 and it closes at 2:00. And the employees don't want to help you open an account because the bank closes at 2:00! The bank is lazy and doesn't deserve to give a damn about my money! Especially this branch, which both times I've been there they don't want to help me because it's 40 minutes before closing... so they close the bank earlier since they don't want to work and don't care about their customers. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially this location!

I should have checked the reviews before wasting my time at this branch. There was only 1 person in the bank and 3 employees. It took 10 min for someone to acknowledge me. I already have accounts which I will close on Monday and wanted to open up for my children. He basically told me that is staff is booked and that I should make an appointment online. Dude. You werent busy and it would have been to much to make one for me. Yeah cancelling

One star for being addressed by teller#1 upon walking in(only positive). Two men are literally doing nothing in their offices and claim that they are waiting for clients with appointments to set up an account. They didn’t even try to assist me, just pushed me to teller#2 who was equally dismissive. This bank needs a feminine touch because the customer service is bad. Long time resident & client.

Institutional charlatans who keep inventing new ways to steal your money.If you are a small business that accepts credit cards, they will steal from your account and cheat you out of your hard earned money every opportunity they get.Let me give you some examples. Let's say that your small family business does 100K worth credit card transactions. If the rate of your customer disputes are over 1%, Chase considers you as a high risk merchant and places a twenty five thousand Dollars hold on your account. In other words they reward themselves with 25% of your money on hold becuse one of your customers disputed a one thousand dollar charge. And then hold it for 6 months, until your credit card dispute rate is less than 1%. But wait, that is not the whole story. Every couple of years they require that you buy new equipment. That adds a few more thousand dollars to your operating costs.Run away from Chase at one hundred miles per hour. This bank takes food from your table, so their CEO can make a 20 Million dollars annual bonus.There are better choices out there like Costco merchant services. Unlike Chase, they treat humans like you and I in a humane way.

I have been a customer with Chase for over 10 years. The tellers were unfriendly and dismissive. They gave little to no effort to assist and gave below average service. One of the worst services ever experienced at Chase. Will not go to this location again.
