“I love this store. The store itself is very clean, they have a great selection and fantastic customer service. My recent purchase, I was assisted by store representative, Dennis. He was great helping me look for a new shirt and I soon found the one I liked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in stock but Dennis was quick to order the shirt with free shipping which I received in 2 days. Tommy Bahama shirts are one of the most nicest and comfortable shirts you can wear. Definitely will be back.”
“I was there recently to exchange an wrist watch gifted from a friend as a graduation gift. I did not pay attenction to the exchange policy. However the attendant Joyce and her Manager Ane Marie went above and beyond to accomodate my request. Very impressive customer care skills. Thank yoo very much ladies and i will be back.”

There's something about the experience of just browsing through and reading all the shirts and looking at all the cool trinkets. They're definitely just as much fun to shop in as I remembered from being younger. And Brittany was a huge help. Very kind and suggested we sign up online to receive discounts. We didn't even know about so that was great”

“I came into Express to make a return and after receiving my return receipts, I had noticed the amount going back onto my card was not the original amount I had paid. “(May27th) First time buying from, and being in a Zumiez. The staff and atmosphere was kind and chill. They were attentive, paid attention, and we're not overbearing in just the right way all while continuously working. The store was clean and stocked and the music was just the right volume to keep me engaged in the products. The products were better quality than expected and reasonably priced. However, the brand selections seemed a little limited, but I can only imagine its difficult to curate quality merch.”
“Pacsun at the Wellington Mall is a modish store that caters to a variety of merchandise from graphic t-shirts, jeans, cute baby shirts, shoes etc. The manager, Iam, and staff were kind and helpful during my shopping spree. Prices are affordable and the apparel caters to all ages. Highly recommended!”
“I went in on Saturday to buy some Nikes, and I don’t typically buy myself sporty shoes but as soon as I went in I was immediately greeted by one of the workers named Zamia she was very sweet, and charming and easily convinced me to buy a pair of shoes no problem, all my questions were answered with enthusiasm and haste despite it being fairly busy, I will be going back in the future with a much larger wallet with her around thank you Zamia!”
“I’m going to give a 5 star only because of Miriam giving me the first initial great and spectacular experience. Yesterday 3/14 around 6ish pm, I took so much time looking at probably about over 20 pieces of clothing and finally decided on about 10 pieces of clothing which I’m very picky when it comes to clothes searching. I forgot my card and was so disappointed that i had done that but she made everything so much better as she reassured me that she will have it on hold for me and had me write out a paper that i had to fill out in which I came the following day (today) to pick up in the morning about 11am. Unfortunately, the girl at the register was not helpful and did not look in all the cubbies behind the register and threw her coworkers under the bus saying that “they probably didn’t know what they were doing and put it back” i corrected her and told her that Miriam (I don’t recall mentioning her name but i believe I said someone which now as I’m writing this I’m going to go back and mention to a manager of Miriams kind experience she gave me) mentioned that it would be in either the last or second to last cubby and sure enough as she promised it was there and I was able to purchase everything that i had chosen and took time to pick out. Thank you Miriam for doing everything possible and my experience with you outweighs that unfortunate interaction i had this morning which seemed to be a cranky employee who likes to slam things around after being politely corrected. Miriam should be recognized for her professionalism, kindness, empathy and patience for all customers as she even knew customers by name as i observed her transactions with other people. She’s a STAR EMPLOYEE! And a keeper!”
