“The five stars are for ELAINE. I went into the Verizon store after a I had my phone repaired at Apple. I was informed that Verizon would need to re-activate my phone and its new SIM card. After going in circles with Verizon customer service on my own, I went into the store and ELAINE was patient enough with me, even though I went into the store pretty upset about my predicament. Apparently business lines are handled differently than personal lines. You must receive a text to verify your identity, but if you are activating a line, how can you get a text??? Elaine called the corporate number and tried every avenue possible to get my line back on. I don't know what the rest of the staff in the store were up to (I was the first and at one point the only customer), but she stayed with me and made sure everything was ok. THANKS ELAINE. I hope you get a raise and whatever shifts your heart desires.”

“This place has amazing service! I went and got my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen fixed . I didn't have to wait long at all everything was very fast and good customer service.He even gave me a discount on a case i bought after. I 100% recommend this place.”
