“Manny was a life saver. I bought a very expensive race shoe and it didn’t end up fitting after I got it tested for fit the day before. I didn’t run in the shoe but it was a little dirty from the floor in the gym. After going to the store to return them I was told I was out of luck but Manny sat down with me to see if the shoe was fine. It turns out it didn’t fit for sure and he helped me out. I highly recommend Manny and he taught me tricks on lacing the shoes and getting them fitted so I never run into this again. Thank you so much”

“Where can I begin???As soon as I walked in the store, Shanique had greeted and welcome me to the store even though she was busy with other customers. The fact that she acknowledge me as soon as I walked in, said everything about her. Shanique was very nice, friendly and great customer service. After she finished with the customer, she came up to me and let me know about the promotions and was eager to help me with everything that I needed. As she went to get the shoes that I wanted to try, here comes Isabella, making sure that I was being helped and if I had any questions. The fact that these two beautiful ladies took their time to acknowledge every customers that walked into the store and made sure that all my questions were answered said everything about them. They were very FRIENDLY, CARING, PATIENCE and very NICE. I'd definitely go back just for these two girls and thank you for making my experience better than I was expected.”
“i had such a lovely experience with the parlanti team when i needed to process an online exchange. i left a voicemail with the listed number, and Angela got back to me the next day to walk me through exchanging my boots that were too large for me. she worked with me to identify my correct size and kept in touch to ensure i was in the loop with any updates regarding the exchange. i was afraid of the customer service i'd encounter after reading some of these earlier reviews, but i'm happy to say i've only been provided amazing customer service from this team! thanks Angela!!”
