“I see a bunch of bad reviews on this Hertz location, which is confusing to me as I've had nothing but positive experiences. I've been booking cars from this location for business trips for the last 3-years with zero issues. I find the staff friendly and helpful; even accommodating me when I accidentally booked from the wrong location (TPA airport). I recommend this location highly and appreciate the staff's hard work to make my rental experience a positive one.”

“This was my first time every needing a car rental. Somebody had rear ended me and so the other person's insurance was going to provide me with a rental car so I wasn't without a car while it was getting repaired. The only problem was my adjuster was saying they only pay for the car rental and not insurance for the car. But who wants to drive a rental car without insurance? Especially with the way people are driving nowadays. So I was on the phone with the lady in the lobby trying to get them to cover the insurance but she kept saying they don't do that. If they didn't cover the insurance on the rental I was gonna have to be paying about $22 a day out of pocket for insurance, that is really not ideal considering this accident wasn't even my fault. I was gonna give up and be carless so I hung up and was like it is what it is I guess. But I am SO thankful to Abigail and Nicholas who were working that day at Enterprise, because they knew my situation and knew how everything works, so they made a call for me and put up a fight and were able to get the insurance to get the coverage for the rental car. If it hadn't been for them going above and beyond I would've been carless for an entire week! Because I didn't know how long I was going to be without my car at the time. I 100% would rent a car with Enterprise again, they have great care and customer service, and are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.”

“I just took my truck to The Bubbly Bull carwash off of Bruce B. Downs for the 1st time. When I pulled in, there was only 1 other truck there and they have 4 bays total. I like to wash my vehicles myself to get them cleaner. They have everything you need there. You can pay with coins or by card. I used the power wash brush and the power rinse pressure washer. Easy setup and everything reaches just fine around the whole vehicle. I spent maybe about 10 min washing my truck and it only costed me $6. Not bad at all. You can spend as much time as you want, it will just charge you for the amount of time you spend. And didn't have other cars waiting for me either. Great experience!”

“Purchased a 2017 Suburban from them and the owner was very accommodating to our time frame. The vehicle had a rebuilt title and he was very transparent about damage and the repairs that were done to it. Never did I feel under any pressure to buy or get a sales pitch. Very nice guy and pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with our purchase and very grateful for the time and patience he took to process the transaction.”
