The used version of the switch cartridge I got from gamestop online looked chewed up. I went in and they switched it out for one that looked basically brand new with no extra charge. Great service

Been going to this GameStop for over 10 years. Great location and inventory. Very reliable for pre orders and convenient for online returns. This is probably a 4 star store but I did 5 stars to balance out the Karen's.
