“Have had to get my kiddo labs multiple times unfortunately, but we had Jalpe on multiple visits and she was very helpful, did a great job and made it bearable for us. The wait times are sometimes inconsistent with an appointment but we will return here next time my kiddo needs to.”

“Check-in was quick and efficient; I especially appreciated the little trays in which to place my ID and insurance card so that they were properly angled. I was called back for my draw very shortly after my appointment time. My name and other info were properly verified on the vials before and after draw, as were my test types and provider. All I could wish was for wrappings for my draw site rather than just gauze and a Band-Aid, since I’m on a blood thinner.”
