“I have been going here for a couple of years; about every 4-8 weeks. Maisie is generally working alone and it looks like she carries most of the load. She is quite courteous when answering alllll my questions. I have never been disappointed with the job any of their staff have done when I have been there. Most of my appointments as well as a few walk-ins have been with Maisie. BONUS... She is so gentle I never feel the needle when she draws my blood. Downside: It is taking longer and longer to get test results and that is done outside the lab by someone named SCHARDT, MITZI. Turn around was 24 hours and for the same tests I am now waiting 48 - 72 hours.”

“Check-in was quick and efficient; I especially appreciated the little trays in which to place my ID and insurance card so that they were properly angled. I was called back for my draw very shortly after my appointment time. My name and other info were properly verified on the vials before and after draw, as were my test types and provider. All I could wish was for wrappings for my draw site rather than just gauze and a Band-Aid, since I’m on a blood thinner.”

“Have had to get my kiddo labs multiple times unfortunately, but we had Jalpe on multiple visits and she was very helpful, did a great job and made it bearable for us. The wait times are sometimes inconsistent with an appointment but we will return here next time my kiddo needs to.”
