I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store today. A very kind young lady (I believe she might be Korean) helped me immediately and connected me with the store manager over the phone.
The manager explained everything in detail and told me exactly what to do about my lost phone shipment. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to contact T-Mobile and finally resolve the situation.
I am extremely grateful for their patience, professionalism, and clear instructions. They truly went above and beyond to help me.
