“Although I’ve only been with StorageMart for about 18 months, my experience has been wonderful from beginning to end.
I especially want to recognize Mark, who has been absolutely amazing. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, and always willing to help in any way possible. During times when life got difficult financially and personally, he treated me with patience and respect and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation as best as he possibly could. He genuinely cares about people, and I hope corporate knows what an incredible employee they have.
The entire office staff has been friendly, professional, and welcoming, but Mark truly made the experience exceptional. He made renting and managing my unit easy and stress-free as possible especially these past few months when life was especially tough and unforgiving for me and my family on top of all of that and also very important I knee my belongings were in good hands, safe, and secure.
Another thing I really appreciated about StorageMart Wesley Chapel was how simple the move-in process was. I rented my unit online in just a few clicks and was able to move in that very same night—almost at midnight—thanks to their 24/7 access. It couldn’t have been more convenient….
They also offer a wide variety of unit sizes to fit different needs and i think time I rented my storage they had some great specials available, which were unmatched at the time to other available storage facilities in the area…making it easy to find an option that works for you. There was no hidden fees, and everything was straight forward from the start.
I’m sad to be moving on to greener pastures, but I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support I received during my time here. Thank you, Mark, and thank you to the entire StorageMart team for making this experience such a positive one.
