What a pleasure to be in SunTrust Branch where the employees act like they value their customers! I live in Gainesville, VA, where the Stonewall Branch is 1 mile from my home. The tellers are very hard to deal with. You can use the same teller for months, and every time you walk into the branch, they act like they have no clue that they have ever seen you before. A person certainly does not feel valued in Gainesville, VA.”
