“I was traveling from Virginia to Cape Coral, FL and stopped in this branch to make a deposit and also to withdraw some cash. The teller I dealt with was personable and professional. What a pleasure to be in SunTrust Branch where the employees act like they value their customers! I live in Gainesville, VA, where the Stonewall Branch is 1 mile from my home. The tellers are very hard to deal with. You can use the same teller for months, and every time you walk into the branch, they act like they have no clue that they have ever seen you before. A person certainly does not feel valued in Gainesville, VA.”

“Jabari was excellent at the Wesley Chapel branch. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Opened up a checking account and it was easy peasy!! I also went to the Carrollwood branch on Dale's Marby and they were lovely. I went on a Sunday and got there at 2:05pm, they still cashed my check after 2pm. I am so impressed by TD that I am seriously thinking about dropping Bank of America like a bad habit. I would never ever get service like this at Bank of America. Try getting to BOA 5 minutes after their closing time they are proud to turn you away and that is horrible but not TD Bank!!”

“Always have been very well served at this branch, today I had to send a wire but didn't know how to make an appointment via the web, was received by Corey who's always at the helm and watching the changing winds, he told me I would need to wait which was quite normal as there were many appointments and one officer was missing. As soon as the line for the cashiers went null, he asked Jasmine to change position and put on her other hat and she help me with my wire. It seem to me that Corey doesn't let anything escape his attention to the different movements in the branch and takes action as soon as warranted. I believe Jasmine one day will take Corey's job once he's promoted to a higher position. GOOD JOB”
