Jerome deserves a special mention because he will always stop what he is doing to help me. He has gone above and beyond countless times to help me with my business banking needs, and I truly appreciate his dedication, patience, and willingness to help.
But I don't want to recognize Jerome alone, because the entire team has been amazing. Rachel has been an absolute blessing, and Franchesca has helped me through some particularly difficult and urgent situations with my business account. Sandra always greets me warmly and will stop to help whenever she sees me. Thiago (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!) has also been extremely helpful, kind, and understanding.
