I had to wait a few hours for a tow because one of their trucks was broken, which I understand was a unforseen setback. I think that they should grow and get more trucks, because they do have great service. They only lose 1 star for poor communication.”

“I needed a tow and had originally called my insurance Progressive’s roadside assistance. After over 2 hours, Progressive continued to say there were no tow companies available. I called Beba and Nelson Tow Life at 707pm and from my call of inquiry to my car being driven away towed, it was 59 minutes. This was on a Sunday night. I was constantly provided updates during the 59 minutes and was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Bella and Nelson Tow Life deserve but praise.”

“My five star rating is due how professional the entire process from start to finish was. I spoke to Willie who I presume has a fleet of drivers. I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. I've had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past where they tried so hard to rip me off. Nathan was different. “Had a very questionable experience with another U Haul location in St. Pete and eventually made my way to this location on very short notice.Having driven through a typical late afternoon Florida monsoon of a storm for almost an hour and a half I was somewhat hesitant about going in.End of the month and the place was packed with customers who were probably at the end of their own wits yet it felt so much different than any previous visit to U Haul ( especially the St. Pete location that I just visited).Was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was there for and he immediately sent me to the proper line and I was greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic young woman who welcomed me and explained that she was there to help and that she would be doing the installation of my hitch.She took my keys after we signed the paperwork and told me that she would get right on it. I went outside after a few minutes and walked around the lot and sure enough she already had the vehicle up on the lift and was well into the project.While I waited I was greeted by a gentleman who apparently was a manager who was not only polite but very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with the previous location.Less than an hour and I was on my way and had a professional installation completed.KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location. If you want true customer service and satisfaction then make sure you get this location for all your moving needs and more.”

“Excellent service, From live person who dispatched truck , Frank who scheduled me and had delivered truck at said time. Dylan Gleason picked up my truck and treated as it was his own. He Towed my truck on time and on price no gimmicks. called multiple time to keep me in loop on how they were running on time. The big flatbed on Lucille (truck name) handled my quad cab long bed truck with oversized tires with no problems. They took venmo, I did not need cash. Very Tech.
