“This is the third time we’ve used Atlas and their drivers are always so pleasant and professional to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and careful when hooking up our vehicles. We hate that we need to be towed but always know we’re in EXCELLENT hands with Atlas Rowing!!!”

“All About Road Service is good because they have very good prices and do not take tolls. They respond to email requests quickly and politely. I had to wait a few hours for a tow because one of their trucks was broken, which I understand was a unforseen setback. I think that they should grow and get more trucks, because they do have great service. They only lose 1 star for poor communication.”

“*THIS IS MARIA WITH THE BLACK VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN YOU TOWED TODAY ON THE 4TH OF JULY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOUIS!* Louis ANSWERED THE PHONE! He was prompt, professional, kind and didn't do any extra stuff like going way out of the way to the destination. The tow fee was affordable and fair. Every time I need a tow or help with a flat, I'm calling LOUIS! THANK YOU SIR! - Maria This is a new message since May 1st 2026: As I stated in the message above, I called Louis to tow my car again and it came off without a hitch! Thank you again sir for being professional, respectful, understanding and informative! And the price was very affordable! - Maria”

“I had a tricky tow and Yonis was great from start to finish. Good communication, friendly, creative in getting my fully locked up golf cart on and off the tow bed. He also tried to help troubleshoot it first to get it working. Price was reasonable.”

“car broke down in a walmart parking lot, had to have the tow guy come mid-day on a monday. as you can imagine the situation was less then desirable. dylan was very quick with getting the car loaded and professional with handling people who were upset about the truck being in the middle of the lane (this was the only option for getting the car loaded). with it also being the cheapest option in my area, i will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a tow.”

“Susan is amazing. If its a service she can not do, she will refer you to who can and she will do her best so you can get the information. I usually do not leave reviews and I am not a big fan of it however I believe that Susan should get 10 stars for being professional and helpful in every way possible.”

“I just called to schedule my vehicle immobilization and talked to Susan Harris. She is the kindest, most helpful person ever!!! Customer service beyond belief and even expressed empathy for all the costs and penalties associated with my traffic violation and gave some words of encouragement! AND the vehicle immobilization was way less expensive than I expected AND done with a Club so I don’t have the neighbors knowing about it! Stellar service! Socks knocked off!!!”

“My five star rating is due how professional the entire process from start to finish was. I spoke to Willie who I presume has a fleet of drivers. I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. After several quotes I chose this auto transport company. Thank you Authentic Towing and salvage.Service: Car towing”

“Ok. This place is purely phenomenal. Nathan has been super helpful and understanding of my situation and really went out of his way to help me get the car fixed! I've had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past where they tried so hard to rip me off. Nathan was different. He gave me multiple options to choose that would best accommodate to my financial circumstances and even did few service items for free! He could have used his expertise to take advantage of people just like how a lot of mechanics are. But he was truly a different, honest, trustworthy person standing for integrity. I'd always choose his business no matter what. He will be honest with you. You can always count on him.”

“My 2013 Kia Optima broke down on Eastbound I-4 at Mile Marker 15. Contacted 813 Towing and talked to Frank who was very courteous and helpful. Dylan, driver of the flatbed car hauler, contacted us via phone and kept us appraised of his progress getting to us. It was a typically busy day on I-4 so it took him a while to rescue us. Dylan was friendly, courteous, informative. He took us directly to the local Kia dealership. After dropping the car he wished us safe travels and offered to do more is we needed him. Thank you, Dylan and Frank.”
