“**Updating my review because this place is really on their P's and Q's when it comes to customer service. Meaning they take good care of you! Following my initial review, I was contacted about my concerns by Raphael and he made sure to walk thru and review each concern. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied following the detailed tune up. My mufflers were aligned and the gap was closed. I was happy with their work and will recommend this location because their customer service is top tier..especially for a car service shop.------original review:Following an accident where I was sandwiched between two cars, I figured it was a good place to take my car for repairs.Customer service is good. Especially Lisa at the front desk. Very friendly. Getting my rental was a breeze. Although I requested text updates, I had to call and request updates. No biggie. Once my car was ready, I was excited to pick it up, expecting quality work.I was** disappointed with the repairs. I still have a gap in the front grill, and the back panel is not flush with the rest of the car. I also had misaligned mufflers.”

“We had such a great experience with Claudia, Careem and Anna!We set up an appointment quickly and easily with Claudia who helped us to test drive the Lexus RX and NX, and helped us work through some numbers before putting a deposit down. She was very informative and great to work with!The next day we came back to actually purchase a Lexus RX premium and Careem was there to guide us through the whole process. He is so friendly and helpful! He helped us get through the paperwork as well as gave us a tour of the dealership, helped me get to know the car and helped with anything else we needed.Anna was wonderful to work with doing all of the paperwork and payment. She was very detailed and so friendly as well!The dealership is so clean, well run, and the cafe is amazing for while you wait to have a service done. The lifetime oil changes are also unbeatable!Overall we could tell this dealership is run by an owner who cares for both their clients AND employees. We will definitely be back in the future!”

“Not only is Jack an excellent fellow we took our Pontiac G6 and to have the bumper put back on and headlights and paint he went so far above and beyond what anyone else would have done workmanship is absolutely superb I would very highly recommend Jack's Auto Body Shop and Jack himself personally I am more than pleased with the work that he did. “The people I met we're always friendly and helpful, have only minor things done but with no problem The only thing is, they are way overpriced in everything, tires ... I paid almost 400 $ for one, needed two more and got two for that price. They wanted me to have air filter, spark plugs and battery replaced, quoted a price of 2000.-$ , checked other place 500-600. Driving Mercedes doesn't mean I don't watch what stuff cost . So overall satisfied but overpriced”

“We were met at the door by Elias Hernandez. He was quite welcoming and naturally excited to see us. We looked at the CX-30 and Elias was very knowledgeable on this model. He pointed out so many advantages the carbon model had and showed our daughter, who was purchasing the car, how to use various features.Elias was super good at sharing facts and never promised what he could not deliver. He was very professional throughout our negotiations and helped us complete the deal as quickly as he could. We loved working with him to make a final deal. “Customer service rep, Jasmine was nice and cordial she did all she could to make our experience a pleasant one. Our vehicle needed parts that were on back order. so the car had to stay for a few days, and a rental was offered to us on the dealerships dime. What prevented me from giving a five star rating was the fact that when I received the car the issue I had originally was still present, and this was something that should’ve been caught on the first inspection by the mechanic. But overall, it was a fine pleasant experience.”

“Title: Opportunity for Improvement in Customer Service for Rideshare Drivers As an Uber driver and proud owner of an S3 BMW, I recently had to bring my vehicle in for servicing at Wesley Chapel BMW. I want to make it clear that the service I received from the staff at Wesley Chapel BMW was excellent, and I don't mean to offend them in any way. However, I feel compelled to share my experience and offer a suggestion for improvement to BMW corporate from the perspective of a working American. I believe that there should be a solution in place to allow rideshare drivers to continue earning money when their vehicles are being serviced for more than a day. While I received good service from the individuals at Wesley Chapel BMW, I believe there is an opportunity for BMW corporate to explore the possibility of setting up rentals and loaner vehicles specifically for individuals involved in rideshare services. This would greatly enhance the customer service experience and expand the brand's appeal. Currently, the Hertz rental location associated with Wesley Chapel BMW does not permit the use of rental vehicles for rideshare purposes. I have found that there are other rental agencies in Florida that do allow rideshare usage, but unfortunately, Wesley Chapel BMW does not have contracts with these establishments. Therefore, I hope this review serves as an informative suggestion to create an opportunity for working-class Americans to continue earning money while their vehicles are being serviced by any dealership from which they purchased their dream vehicle. “We walked into this place to just browsing and ended up buying a car lol. Zach Brown greeted us with a willingness to help with any questions we may have. I saw what I like and interested in and asked Zach to just give us out of the door price. We don't really have much time to sit around for anything more that's what we want just give us what we need. Zach worked on it few mins and he came up with what we need he's quick and attentively to details and we liked that! We came back the following day and picked up the car.
