“Hands down, the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Today we found a Kia that we were interested in the used inventory at BMW of Wesley Chapel. The Sales Manager was an absolute honest broker who gave me a fair price that we agreed on before I drove an hour to view the car. There were absolutely no surprises, there was no pressure, and no disappointment, which are common at dealerships in my experience. The facility was amazing, and the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their service staff were also very prompt and thorough in addressing a concern that we had with the vehicle. Lastly, the finance office was an also a pleasant experience. The gentleman offered several add-on packages that were tailorable to our specific needs. Again, no pressure and no sly tactics. If you want to work with a car dealership that no kidding has your best interest mind, go see these guys, they are straight shooters and honest brokers. We feel fantastic about the purchase and highly recommend this dealership.”

“I came In with a flat tire that I was hoping to replace under warranty.. only to find out that I had declined the warranty back when I had purchased my set of tires 🫣🤣 I was probably just trying to save money 🤷♀ It turned out I had a puncture to my side wall so the tire had to be completely replaced. I left my car there for several hours and they got to it same day! Aaron took care of me with a smile and a sense of humor and even gave me a discount to cover the extended warranty for the tire 💗 Thanks Tire Kingdom!”

“Rafael it was freaking amazing- not only is he an amazing technician, but my child was stuck in his seat belt. He had rotated himself instead of me, cutting the seat belt. He was able to just rotate my child in a way that allowed him to get free. I assume none of this makes sense, but he is freaking amazing and a fantastic person”

“Outstanding dealership! I have to give them all a salute! Everyone to include the finance department was outstanding. All of the GM's staff was superior to any other Mazda dealership in Tampa. Especially that terrible place in Tampa called West-shore. That GM lied to me twice. Now Wesley Chapel Mazda has kept all of the promises made so far. I will update you going forward if they slack off. I doubt they will. They handled my purchase of a new top of the line Mazda CX-90 with style, class and the utmost professionalism. GM personally picked out the color and trim. Gave me a great deal. Love the guy. He is a superstar in my book. Corporate Headquarters is positively lucky to have him IMO he is the best I have experienced. True leader of men. I am a former Captain, US Army MP Corp. I have trained over 14,000 soldiers. I know leadership when I see it. I liked him and my sales reps Ritchie and Israel so much, I came back and got my wife a fully loaded Miata MX-5 Roadster. Happy wife, happy life!!! The dealership had the reps do a movie to surprise her and it was a huge success, Made her cry. Big time deposits into the emotional bank account. I am a Mazda guy because I love the level of unprecedented performance & service you get for the dollar. The dealership is laid out better than Lexis IMO. As of a month later, I got a huge nail in the rear tire. I called service on a Saturday and was able to be seen within the hour. The call center was helpful and efficient. I was greeted by name and remembered later by name upon pickup. Sierra, my service provider, was also friendly, accommodating and got the job done quickly. The cafe and staff working there are also a great addition to the experience. Excellent customer service by the whole entire team - highly recommend!”
